1. Preparation of Organosilicon Block Polyurethane Prepolymer
Add polyethylene glycol, hydroxyl terminated polysiloxane, and toluene diisocyanate in proportion to the reaction kettle, and add acetone as the solvent. Stir and heat up to 70 ℃, and react for 4 hours.
2. Preparation of Organosilicon Blocked Waterborne Polyurethane
Add 3- (- N-methyldiethanolamine chloride) -1,2-epoxypropane to the reactor, and then add a certain amount of solvent acetone. Slowly add the prepared prepolymer at room temperature, and add it within 30 minutes. Then raise the temperature to 50 ℃, stir for 2 hours, add water, and adjust the pH value to 7 with acetic acid. Steam out acetone.
